Araceli is situated on a dead end. You can park your car safely and outside the sun on private property. Araceli is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The distance to the beach is 5000 meters. Araceli is situated on street level. The entrance is on the first floor. You reach the entrance through short stairs upstairs. Araceli is a fully detached villa with a private swimming pool. Entrance: Here you find the living room, dining room and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior of Araceli is original spanish and functional. The inside is light with a nice atmosphere. Araceli disposes of a a paranomic view the urbanisation. Araceli has a built surface of 400 square meters. You have to your disposal a designed garden. You find the swimming pool at the side of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through short stairs upside. Araceli has disposal of a permanent stone bbq cooking utensils. This holdiay residence is very suitable for several families because of the big personal space.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 23) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
